QuickQ questions, answered
Where is the official QuickQ download?
Go to the download page, select your platform, and follow the distribution link it provides. Stick to the quickq.zip entry so you do not end up with an installer from an unknown party.
What comes right after setup?
After installing, sign in to the client, pick a route from the home screen, and connect; the status will confirm the connection. The tutorial walks through the same steps if you want to double-check.
How do I set up QuickQ on another machine?
On the new machine, install the client and sign in with your current account. There is no need to create another account or make another purchase; concurrent device limits come from your plan, as noted on the plans page.
The connection keeps spinning. How do I fix it?
Work through it in order: disconnect, check your connection, switch routes. If it still hangs, quit and restart the client, then check whether a proxy or security tool is blocking its network requests.
Speed is inconsistent. What should I try?
Try this order: pause heavy tasks, change to a route with lower load, and make sure no other VPN or proxy is running. Testing across a few time slots will normally show whether the route or your bandwidth is responsible.
Account safety: what should I do?
Use a password unique to QuickQ, never reuse it, and do not share login codes with anyone. Only install clients from trusted entries such as quickq.zip, and stay away from unknown or cracked packages.
Checking your billing period and expiry
Two places show your subscription: the account area inside the client and the purchase entry on the plans page, both listing period, expiry, and status. Once expired, renew and sign in again to restore service.
Supported operating systems and devices
Requirements: 64-bit Windows 10 or 11, macOS 11 or newer, iOS 14 or newer on iPhone and iPad, Android 8.0 or newer, and Linux desktops with Ubuntu 20.04 or Debian 11 and up. The device should have 2 GB of RAM or more and around 200 MB free; for Linux, take the build currently offered on the download page.
Free version and plan pricing explained
Current prices: CNY 49 for one month, CNY 299 for twelve, and CNY 499 for twenty-four, each with supported devices and online help. There is no permanent free plan; the 1-month option is a practical way to evaluate the service. Always check the plans page for the figures shown there.
Privacy: what is stored and why
QuickQ processes account identifiers, device type, subscription status, and necessary diagnostic information for account creation, subscription checks, service operation, and request handling, as the privacy policy explains. This supports identity verification, delivery, security, stability improvements, and legal obligations. Personal information is not sold, and risk is reduced through access controls, transport protection, and internal audits. The privacy page has the complete rules.
Using QuickQ across multiple devices
You can install and sign in on more than one device with the same account, as all plans cover supported devices. Simultaneous use follows the terms of your current plan. On a new device, install the client and sign in with the existing account; there is no need to register or buy again.
What to check when the connection is slow
Try this: pause heavy downloads and streams, switch routes, and confirm no other proxy or acceleration tool is active. Testing at several points in the day helps separate route congestion from local bandwidth limits; if a single app is affected, review its network settings and cache.
Verifying the source of your client
To confirm authenticity: enter through the official site, check the domain before installing, and never use third-party or cracked installers. If the system says the source is untrusted, verify the official origin and allow that source in system settings; the FAQ troubleshooting steps cover anything unusual.
